Room service was hit and miss. They sometimes forgot to replenish the towels and coffee/tea. The bar staff were friendly and helpful.

Great and friendly staff. The view was great. Breakfast boxes were a bit stalled when we left, early, but they were delivered to us in the end.

Best location , clean modern rooms , fun hotel with beach access and next door to the market

room was clean and the staff were very gracious, but checkout was ridiculously long. We waited over a half an hour while they checked one couple in to the hotel while we were checking out and literally all we needed to do was drop our key and sign the bill. also, one thing you know, Phuket is very crowded. We went on the shoulder season not even high season, but it was very crowded. Lots of traffic.

Our room on the beach was wonderful. The location of the hotel, quality of service were also great. I really liked how phi phi Island was much less busy than Phuket
