My room was supposedly a Premier Executive room in the “new ” wing. This wing felt unfinished and very tatty. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. The bed was wedged against the window - no bedside cabinets or reading lights. The shower room was smaller than a bathroom on a cruise ship - it was simply ridiculous.
I tried breakfast on the first morning, but walked away from. All that was on offer was a couple of hot dishes and coffee. Absolutely appalling.
How this hotel justifies charging what it does is absolutely disgusting. By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Singapore, and one of the worst ever anywhere.

Tiny tiny room. Felt like a rat in a cage. There are steps going to bathroom so if you have balance issues maybe choose another place. Not a great spot if you are a light sleeper

Room is not being cleaned, roaches walking on the floor. Room is a prison cell without windows and a toilet that has a shower above it in case you like to take a shower while going to the toilet. Absoluut worst place have been in my life! And this is Singapore for god sake, unbelievable that this place exists
