Horrible place!! Mold in fridge, yellow stains on sheets. EXTREMELY rude hotel staff

customer care and communication could be improved. too many random policies and strict timing in a relaxation resort and a bit of hostile attitude of almost all staff except the reception team should be improved. the indoor pool was not that appealing for adults and yes you need slippers to walk around there inside. the outdoor pool and bar was pretty good. the actual water part advertised is quite a walk away and they need daily paperwork to let you in! it is a different business. there was certain issues with having wrist band on or off which was confusing. gym was top notch, and they are selling all sort slippers and swim gear and even alo vera there which was very helpful. Rooms are on the bigger side and bed are clean and comfortable. there was a hint of strong smoking in the hallway from other rooms although hotel was no-smoking. highly recommend to families but not honeymooners.
