Room clean lack of cooking utensils and an oven rack Reception staff pleasant to deal with

Air conditioning was working very well , parkin no problem

i stayed at Adina Apartments on Flinders Street for easy access to Rod Laver Arena for a concert. it was a short walk down Batman Avenue, so the perfect location! parking was easy and conveniently located at the back. check in was super simple and Tyson at the front desk was very friendly. the room was massive with a great sized kitchen, a dining table that seated 6, TVs in the bedroom and in the main area with a comfy couch and coffee table. the bathroom is on the smaller sided but suited my requirements as a solo guest! my only complaint would be the traffic/road noise. it’s opposite the flinders train line and the windows don’t block out much noise. the bed was comfortable and massive. there are 2 elevators, but one is currently closed for maintenance, so there was a small wait but nothing dramatic! not sure if i’d stay here for a getaway as it wouldn’t be a quiet night with the outside noise, but it suited my requirement perfectly!

Location was good. Front desk staff were helpful. Room could have been cleaner.

Location was good for access to the tram, room kitchen contents was mixed as was cleanliness as I was not happy with the initial room we were given. The bed was extremely comfortable and hot water aplenty. Free laundry room. Overall good value for money and the gentlemen on reception were helpful and friendly.

No pots or pans in kitchen no knives to cut things up with just 2 butter knives 2 teaspoons 2dessert spoons 2 forks…beds very uncomfortable i slept on the lounge asit was way more comfortable then bed.could not order the room service food we wa ted even though it was on the tv menu as kitchen said they font have it, sowe bought all our food out,,, good was its proximity to cbd easy to get around cbd

Really lovely hotel, fresh and clean. Some extra towels in the room is the only improvement we’d suggest.

Beautiful staff, beautiful building and beautiful rooms. The comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in at a motel. Room service coffee in the morning was brilliant 10/10 LOVED

This is a family apartment hotel, not business so much. The suites are roomy and well equipped, but my windows were facing a wall (for the same price…). The breakfast selection is OK, not too many options, and it’s the same every day. The Mezzanine area is very nice. The restaurant on the ground floor is a separate business and they’re not open on weekends. The bathrooms need a renovation/upgrade.

Great hotel and very central! Amazing staff - would recommend this hotel! Enjoyed dining here too!

we didnt use the pool or have breakfast at the hotel but pool did look fantastic Very relaxed atmosphere

2nd stay here and think it is a great hotel - well designed rooms and the restaurant Marmelo on the Ground floor is really excellent.
