Hotel was fine. Restaurant was terrible. I thought I’d treat myself to a beef tenderloin with asparagus and pancetta. It was terrible—no color on it—none!
If I had to guess, I’d say that they boiled or steamed it. Biggest waste of 30 euros I’ve ever spent.

I had a wonderful experience at JR Hotel Bologna Amadeus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for sleep after a long day. The breakfast was fresh and varied, with plenty of delicious options.
Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna!
