Riviera Maya Romantic Vacations

Muy buena la propiedad. Solo no me gustó q al ser tran grande, para moverse debe ser en carritos de golf....y aunque el servicio es bueno y rápido, termina a las 10.15 pm. Me parece muy temprano para un hotel, pues las actividades a veces aún no acaban. Entonces uno tiene q decidir si no participa.....o si después camina mucho en plena noche.

This was our second trip to El Dorado Casitas. The first time was 20 years ago and we stayed in the hotel section. This property is extremely large and you have to wait on the few golf carts going by to get anywhere. THERE IS NO BEACH. They have installed giant metal pylons in the shape of a snake long the entire resort line. Communication was horrible. They just told you what you wanted to hear and it was always different. The restaurants were really hidden and when asked they would just point off in the distance. The rooms were also extremely dark and had ants. On our last day we entered what used to be the Martini bar in the lobby and took one bottle of warm water off the ledge. The concierge lady bolted from her chair, ran over and literally yanked it out of our hands. I had a cold bottle that I had gotten from the bar area and she tried to take mine too. This is not a good look when they are constantly asking you to become a member. With that service I think not. I will not be returning. The only good part was when we locked ourselves out of our safe the locksmith person came within 20 minutes.
