French Riviera Romantic Vacations

We stayed at The Cavendish eight years ago and were slightly nervous that returning might not live up to such wonderful memories, as can so often happen. Happily, it was every bit as special as we remembered. From the moment we arrived, Ingrid and Marie gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel instantly relaxed and at home. Our room was lovely, spacious and spotless, and throughout our stay everyone was so friendly and attentive. We were always greeted with a smile and made to feel incredibly valued, with time for a chat and genuine interest in our plans for the day. The evening wine tasting with Raouf was such a lovely touch and something we had fondly remembered from our previous visit. We were delighted to see it was still part of the experience, and it was the perfect way to begin the evening before heading out for dinner. We are so pleased that The Cavendish is just as charming and special as we remembered. We cannot wait to return to this wonderful boutique hotel.

Breakfast seating had a beautiful view of beach. The staff in the bar and pool area was very professional and very nice.

Great location, very friendly, helpful, and polite staff. Clean, sizeable, and well decorated room. Wonderful view over the harbour.

Spectacular property with unbelievable views, and exceptional 5 star service!

Overall Rating: 10/10 – Highly Recommended! I absolutely loved my stay and would recommend it wholeheartedly. The overall experience was excellent, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The only aspect that was disappointing was the transportation consultation service. On my last day, I approached the concierge desk to inquire about booking a reliable taxi to the Nice airport for an early morning departure. The staff member advised that booking an external taxi might be unreliable and that there was a high possibility the driver might not show up. She then offered the hostel's in-house car service for a fixed price of 250 euros for the trip. This price felt very high. We decided to go to a local taxi stand, spoke with a driver, and downloaded a local taxi app. Using the app for the same early morning trip, the actual cost was only 110 euros. I felt that the information provided by the staff member regarding the reliability of outside taxis was misleading in an effort to sell their significantly more expensive internal car service. While this was a frustrating incident, it was the only negative point in an otherwise perfect stay. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

You come for the incredible view and stay for the incredible staff. Perfect service, always friendly. Pool is heated at 28 degrees, Spa is excellent but you need to make bookings well in advance. Location is convenient for trips to Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Eze and San Remo but be aware you can’t do anything by foot as the hotel is located directly at the coastal road (every magic comes with a price). Beach club is easy to reach with hotel shuttle. We travelled with our Jack Russell and the service was exceptional.
