Room was beautiful and clean. Enrique our butler was outstanding! Maid was excellent. Food was delicious! Circus was great. Rock show needed alot of help.

What stood out the most was the sheer size and amount of amenities the hotel was. Spent 3 nights here, and I felt we were not able to explore the entirety of the hotel and do all of the activities they have to offer. I will say that many amenities and restaurants do have additional costs, which is kind of disappointing.

This is pretty big resort, LOTS to do. The restaurants are reservations only, sucks that the only restaurant I wanted to try we weren’t able to get a reservation for the entire week we were there. Staff doesn’t speak English, so it was kind of hard to communicate with the majority of them. And they aren’t too friendly either, at breakfast/lunch we would sit down at a table and no one would come to greet us or ask if we wanted drinks for a long while, well into our meal, they would come and again no English so it was definitely a bit difficult. The family suites are a bit outdated. They could renovate the bathrooms at least. The beach was our favorite! Big, plenty of shade from the palm trees. The evening shows were okay. I would recommend the place because there are lots to do here, lots of restaurants to pick from and so many food options, something for everyone.

I would have gladly rated this resort a full 10/10, but a few operational gaps impacted the overall value proposition. First, the beach was completely closed. My primary decision-driver when booking was the ability to enjoy the ocean steps from my room, and that expectation was not met. The closure was attributed to “beach renovations,” but this was not disclosed at booking, which created a clear misalignment between the marketed experience and the actual guest journey. Second, although the property positions itself as an “All-Inclusive Luxury” resort, several on-site restaurants required an additional fee to dine. That felt off-brand and diminished the all-inclusive promise. The same applied to certain drink options—unexpected upcharges that created friction in what should have been a seamless experience. Lastly, during one of the evenings, the resort hosted a Christmas event in the Sanctuary town for an additional $30 per person. Again, if the resort is positioning itself as fully inclusive, it’s difficult to justify incremental charges for on-property events. Overall, the resort has strong potential, but these inconsistencies diluted the luxury value and impacted the overall guest experience. I do want to give a special shout-out to Alejandro from the Wok restaurant, and Denni from Blue Marlin who delivered truly exceptional service. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and above-and-beyond approach elevated every touchpoint of our dining experience.

Ocean view is not Ocean front it’s partial ocean view which I paid full price for. Apart from that it was good.
