9.2/10 Wonderful! (152 reviews)
Room was not ready until three hours past check-in. Had to check multiple times. Then was asked to pay to upgrade to different room or wait longer. Finally put into a different room, but very disappointing. Frequent traveler to area but will not return.

9/10 Wonderful! (3,231 reviews)
The Manager and staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We would absolutely choose to stay here again! The location, amenities, and the room layout worked perfectly for our family of 4. We had a room with bunk beds for our boys and a king bed for my husband and I. It also had a table, which allowed us to eat dinner and breakfast together instead of on beds (which is how it normally works in a hotel). We were even able to play cards! I also want to give one last shout out to the staff! Nellie the Manager was amazing.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,414 reviews)
Pool area was small and seat cushions were stained and service wasn't good as there was no wait staff. Rooms were ok but this was definitely not a JW quality standard room for cleanliness nor overall quality. Front desk staff advised of guaranteed check-in for 4pm but did not notify of room readiness until after 5pm.
