"Check in process and address was misleading. Ended up at a address which was 1.5hrs away from igloo. Address they gave in a message was wrong. Breakfast on first day was not suitable (there excuse was it was off season). Second morning after complaining they adjusted and improved. Sauna was great. View from igloo was pretty. "Great Location, my room was a single bed one with no bathroom or shower (it was down the hall separate but always clean and the shower was good). There was a small sink within the room which was nice. TV did not work but I did not need TV…just tried to turn it on to make noise. Fresh coffee milk and tea are complimentary at the main communal living room with cookies. Communal kitchen I did not use but I saw it was well equipped, organized and clean."

There’s not much to do in the immediate vicinity but easy to get to Santa village and town centre. We stayed when there was no snow and snow hotel was not built, so will return in the snowy season to see it."
