Good Service and Clean the Staff was very welcoming!

The best thing about this hotel is its location. You’re within walking distance of everything in Westminster, and the hop on hop off buses can take you to many other places. The second best thing about this hotel is their staff; always friendly and accommodating - especially the breakfast people and desk staff. The beds were very comfortable too. The rooms are small, and the bathrooms are even smaller. On our first night there, our tv didn’t work and the manager said he’d get it taken care of the next day. The second night, we fixed the tv ourselves. The third (and last) night there, we discovered ants in the room AND a mouse!! I didn’t sleep at all…. The hotel needs some TLC to make it as nice as I’m sure it could be. It needs a thorough cleaning, a good exterminator and a bit of character to match its great location.

Super convenient location, just a short walk from Earl's Court underground station, where we took the train directly from the airport. Check in was wonderful! The receptionist was lovely and made us feel right at home. The washrooms in the apartment left a little to be desired (bathtub was not operational and sink stoppers did not work well) but otherwise very clean and well equipped. The host was wonderful with communication. All in all a great stay and I will definitely stay here again for my next trip.

Restaurat,very good dishes and services

Fine staff, especially Thomas. Happy to add delight to our London stay. Found the right restaurants for us, made sure everything went smoothly during our 9 night stay. We have stayed here annually for more than 10 years.

Staff and property excellent but totally disappointed with the breakfast and coffee /light snack shop available. Breakfast on offer was hot food or continental. The hot food available was stone cold, cold plates with cold food. If you decided to have toast, good luck there as the bread had to go through a conveyor toaster 3 times before it registered any colour as ‘toasted’. Then once through one had to search the restaurant for the butter. Milk not by the hot drinks machine tracking again to search its location. Very disappointing!
