Great place to go the experience was incredible everything 5 star from the service to the food

The property was nice, clean and quiet. I gave it 4 stars because it’s a little older. The food was mediocre at best.

El hotel tiene una gran variedad de comida y super deliciosa. Había muy buen entrenamiento todo el tiempo y el staff muy amable, excepto los bartenders muy poco serviciales y aun con buena propina no mostraban interes por la buena atención. En general recomendaría el hotel ya que el hotel en sí es muy cómodo limpio y mucha variedad

The staff here for me gets a 5 star. There would be no hotel without the staff . Always smiling , caring and being appreciative . They are very helpful and goes the extra mile to ensure my family and I had the best time. Edwin was an amazing concierge, he attended to our every need, reservation, transportation , food and room improvement . Our room remote and tv was not working and Edwin got us a new room with working appliances. He is very easy to talk to and understand. Luisito was pleasant and very helpful to the family . He always ensures our needs were met . Juan was our driver , our entertainment , our friend and our security . Every and anything that was needed. He ensured we were ok . The staff was amazing amazing beyond words . We will return just for the staff and their customer service skills .

The deceitful tactics to get us to attend a sales pitch for their version of "timeshare" really started the stay on a bad note. It also seemed like the appointed service rep. lost interest in providing "above and beyond" customer care after we left before the sales pitch. The service was hit or miss. Specially at the main buffet restaurant. Food and drinks were good, up to expectations. Steakhouse was definitely everyone's favorite. The coffee launge was outstanding, the quality and service made it an everyday must. Overall had a good vibe for families with children with lors of different activities for everyone to enjoy. Unfortunately due to the high amount of seaweed we weren't able to enjoy the beach and it still seemed like a pretty small area.
