Punta Cana Romantic Vacations

This was our second visit at Grand Palladium. We had an AMAZING time!!! We will definitely be visiting again!!!!

My experience at Bahia was okay overall, but there were a few things that really disappointed me. Unfortunately, several staff members had poor attitudes toward me. I’m Hispanic, and whenever someone asked if I was Dominican and I said no, their interest in talking to me seemed to disappear — they would just turn their attention to my friends instead. It was uncomfortable and felt strange. Another major issue was the water. Some days the showers were ice cold, other days extremely hot, and at times the water even came out brown with an unpleasant smell. It made basic things like showering or brushing my teeth pretty frustrating. There were a few other minor inconveniences, but overall, I don’t think I’ll be returning to the Dominican Republic. I’ve had much better experiences in Jamaica for the same price.

We didn’t get in. The water was cool and it rained during our stay. The property is very nice. Edward, our butler was great and the spa was fantastic. Our room was nice but could definitely use a more comfortable mattress. The resort is a travel club resort, so be prepared for a presentation.
