Stayed 3 nights with family. Poor food options and activities. The servers in the buffet are very hardworking however they looked overloaded with work. The bar in the main lobby need more training in costumer service. If they don’t see the tip on advance they will give you attitude. Sad, but we tried to avoid their service.

Nice resort. Food is OK. The best restaurant is the steakhouse, which was really good. Our room was right next to a utility closet so a lot of random banging throughout random times. Room was really nice! Staff would bug us about going to the spa and coming back to book another trip. Other than that, the staff was phenomenal. Hard to get chairs by the pool. People go down early and put towels down. Kind of ruins the day. Room service was hit or miss. The pool area and beach were beautiful. Some outdated parts on the building that could be touched up. Wish there was fresh ice cream at night. Just random bland desserts.

This was the original Excellence, so it is a bit dated. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am allergic to gluten, so there were limited options, especially desserts. The chef in the Excellence Club was outstanding and made GF French toast for me every morning. The spa was gorgeous.
