Great location clean and very helpful. Would stay there again

The hotel staff were all extremely kind and gracious, the breakfast and breakfast room was wonderful -- good food, good variety and an extremely elegant, civilized, and relaxing atmosphere, and my room was clean and well cared for each day of my stay.

In general this boutique hotel was excellent - it is centrally located in old town Vilnius so walking around is easy. The breakfast spread was out of this world, with too many options that were all very tasty. It is definitely worth getting the breakfast included in your stay at the hotel.

Very accommodating staff- we had upgrades, free drinks and checked in early. This is our second stay at the hotel and we love it! The view of the old town is amazing. We can walk to restaurants and cultural sites. We would definitely return in the future!

We stayed at the grand Vilnius for 4 nights. It is in the perfect location, central to all activities. The room was nice. The only complaint is that the sink was not very user friendly. Whenever the water was on, it would splash all over the place, mostly outside of the sink causing water to spread over the counter. For a seasoned traveler, it was difficult to wash any clothes in the sink or to even brush your teeth without making a mess. We received a fruit tray upon arrival which was very nice (great tasting fruit) and unexpected. There was construction outside our window. After mentioning it to the front desk they were able to have them stop or at least do work elsewhere while we were trying to rest. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It was lovely.
