Gorgeous hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Most beautiful view of any hotel. Easy Access and Convenient.

Extremely small room but very clean. The views are to die for.

The room was clean. The staff was nice and I always think it’s pretty cool when you have a restaurant inside of the hotel that way if you don’t feel like traveling far to get a quick bite or if you had a long flight and you just need something quick to eat to relax I think it’s always cool and the fact that they had two restaurants a free workout room a free, beautiful seating area where you can just relax in a restaurant with the patio is super cool

部屋は清潔でスリッパやドライヤーなど案外無いがちなアメニティも揃っていました。 ほとんど写真通りの部屋で、ベッドも寝心地良かったです。 スタッフも親切であちらから声をかけてくれ、差別を感じることもありませんでした。

The location was perfect. Close to the 6, plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and was plenty of space for everyone. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was quiet and beds were comfortable. The staff were so friendly and nice. We will definitely stay again when back in NYC.

Hotel hits all the 5 star spots apart from 2 points. 1 - the rooms are not soundproof at all, and being able to hear the conversations in the room next door so clear that i could repeat what they were saying is not what i would expect. Second - the front desk staff are not as polished and committed to the level of service i would expect from a top end 5 star hotel. Doormen were top class. All in all it's a good hotel, but with so much choice in NY, i have stayed in better.

My stay at RIU Plaza Times Square New York was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their friendliness and exceptional service. The hotel’s location was perfect, with Times Square and many other attractions just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. There was a great variety of fresh and delicious options, with something for everyone. We truly enjoyed every aspect of our experience and have been sharing our positive memories with friends and family. I would gladly stay at RIU Plaza Times Square again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York. It was a memorable experience, and I look forward to returning on my next trip to the city.

I thought since I have paid for a room with breakfast, the had a data that show that information but it was not that way. I was told I needed to download the voucher for separately.
