I was informed that I would receive an email with the check-in instructions at 1:00 PM on the day of my stay, but no such email arrived.
Other guests seemed to be having the same issue.
I went to the hotel front desk in front of the building to sort it out, but even though I was staying at an apartment, they gave me a hotel room key card.
The male staff member who assisted me was careless and had a terrible attitude.
The female staff member at the front desk also acted condescendingly.
I hope you properly train your staff.
