Great location
What a mess not having all elevators working, apparently been that way for some time.
The outdoor pool area needs updating, poor condition.The room was large very dated.Not five stars in my opinion, really overpriced for this hotel.

It was a great place to stay during our 8 nights there. Very walkable with lots of shops close by. Our room was cleaned daily.
The only negative note is the swimming pool with the strong chorine smell that lingered on our robes.

Wish our room had a proper dresser.. limited space for clothing and very small area around the sink. Too much emphasis on purchasing snacks and drinks! The mini fridge was full of items to purchase and no extra room. Spa being renovated so this was a disappointment. Great service and nice hotel . Our view was fantastic overlooking the city and art museum . Comfortable bed .
