Nice hotel in the heart of the city, very convenient to get everywhere on foot. Staff were a little reluctant in assistance, both for booking activities and for follow up on expected upgrades. We were supposed to have a free bottle of bubbly in our room when we arrived and wasn’t there, had to ask about it and then provide a copy of our booking that showed it. That should all be in their system and be taken care of before guests arrive.

Love CitizenM and especially this location. Fun staff, good bar and easy access to food when you want it, day or night. Comfy bed and good quiet nights’ sleep.

I was not overall impressed by this hotel. The mini refrigerator in the room was very loud and they had to come and unplug it. The ac was quite noisy as well. The food both the dine in the room and the breakfast were mediocre. The first day we ordered a shakshuka and both times the eggs were hard boiled and not poached. Also they charge extra if you order something from the menu during the breakfast even though the waitress said that one dish is included in the breakfast price. The experience from this hotel didn’t meet the premium price and the standards of a five star luxury hotel. I don’t recommend it and I will not include it in my future travels.

We had a great time. Stayed here for two nights and staff was extremely friendly. Clean hotel. Quiet. Would definitely return.
