One lady at the front desk ruined my trip. I am staying there again as I generally like the hotel and area but this was very disappointing after a great meal in the restaurant and previous trips that were good. The staff need to be more welcoming, friendly and handle situations more effectively

The access road from the train station was completely dug up, and we had to make a 800m detour in the rain, but l guess that is nobody's fault. The hotel is perfectly ok, relatively reasonably priced. Big plus was that there was a free parking garage.

The hotel was nice, but outside the main part of the city, so couldn’t really just step out and see or do much. But, that being said, we were right beside the bus and train station, so very convenient.

The hotel is close to schipol airport just one station. Plus it is walkable appx 350 meters from train station. Beds are comfy and elegant room.
