Very clean room and the cutest balcony. I loved this place the only thing that got me was the 2 steps into the front of the property I tripped on about every time I walked in and out . 10/10 for everything but -0.1 for the step 10/9.9.

Beautiful hotel, clean spacious rooms and lovely bar/dining areas within. Staff were exceptional, went above and beyond and made us feel valued customers. The extras and the little things went a long way.

Everything was excellent, cannot fault. Would definately stay here again. If I had to be picky an iron would have been handy.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The included breakfast each day was great. Renting bikes is the way to see Copenhagen. The central location of the hotel made it easy to get everywhere we wanted via bike.

Everything about this hotel is amazing’. The breakfast was so good! We loved our stay!
