Immaculately clean, very impressed with design and structure of the loft. Super comfy beds, very bright and airy space. Loved it and would highly recommend. Close to metro and shopping, would book again for sure. Staff is friendly and happy to assist. Overall a wonderful stay!!

Nice modern hotel in a really great location along the main shopping street and close to major attractions. We had a sick child and the staff was super helpful when it came to finding new room options to extend our stay

Do not stay here. There is no caring from the managers and no forgiveness. If they can stick it to you they will.
The room is tiny with a tiny ac unit that barely blows cold air. The hotel is across the street from a music venue that booms loud bass all day. The shower is a tiny box. You get 2 towels and 2 pillows with no housekeeping regardless of family size. The elevator barely holds 2 people and there is only one so be prepared to wait. It’s just horrible. The bartenders are the only ones who actually talk to you and try to help. Do yourself a favor and avoid this nightmare.
