Inner Harbour Causeway Mountain Vacations

The hotel was very convenient to the ferry and downtown Victoria. The rooms were clean and well stocked with towels, soap,shampoo,etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to keep our car in the convenient garage parking after we checked out and before we had to get to the ferry. There is a restaurant and bar on site but it is very small for the number of rooms so it is necessary to make reservations including for breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

A beautiful, relaxing stay at the Fairmont Empress. Perfect location, beautifully appointed rooms, comfortable beds and highly professional, friendly staff make for an excellent weekend away in Victoria. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

Great place to relax and enjoy the mineral pools and hot tubs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Arrived early and got upgraded to a king room. Also got extended check out top notch place.
