Very helpful host. We arrived the morning of the checkout as our flight was delayed and they extended the check out by couple of hours so that we can shower. Thanks so much.

Room was very clean and the location is fantastic. We got off cruise ship early in the morning and went to see if they would store our luggage until Check in. To our surprise they checked us in and gave us our rooms immediately. Great service.

Location convenient to bus stop 12, and walking distance to shopping

Good location, easy to get around. Nice lobby/meeting area, nice and accommodating bar/lounge, and restaurant in hotel. Only thing is you have to request your room to be cleaned by 10 AM, (easy to forget).

The room was lovely and we had a view from our window directly onto a ship that was being refurbished - it was so unique! We were very grateful there was free parking and the location was great: close to amenities and the promenade. The breakfast was a buffet with a lot of options. Really grateful for the vouchers we received each night we requested to not have our room cleaned -used towards breakfast one day -since food is so expensive in Iceland. I would say the only thing I didn’t like was the shower- it was very small and not separated from the rest of the bathroom.

I liked the rooftop bar. Did not think the breakfast was very good.

I got the extra large room and I noticed a lot of the furniture needed to be replaced. Old, dirty, and broken table, couch, and fridge. Bathroom sink was tiny didn’t have any place to place my toiletries. And most importantly the room needs a portable fan in substitute of an AC. Im a hot sleeper and with no AC it was difficult falling asleep.
