Awesome place and convenient to good restaurants and bars. The only complaint is one elevator that takes forever. Stairs slot easier

Outstanding room and bathroom, lobby and rooftop. Very quiet floor. Great if you have a dog as well. Breakfast is not free, area is nice and wide open, well-decorated. Super nice brunch, but NYC prices. Employees were not nice when I stopped the car in front of the lobby to drop luggage, and my wife and 4-year boy. I needed 45 seconds only and the employee was unpleasant. And we've been in the 1 Hotel in the Central Park and Brooklyn. I had to insist in dropping my luggage before parking y car myself across the street.

Great hotel and they have fantastic coffee making facilities on each floor. However try and get a room not right outside the coffee station. Folks gather chat , make noise all through the night.

Room was clean, picked up a puppy in the area and it went super smooth here with that.

From the front door bell men, the check in desk, restaurant and housekeeping everything was a 10. Matthew the Concierge and the drivers ( free rides up to 4 miles for drop offs in a Mercedes SUV) AMAZING 🌟

We were disappointed with our room. It definitely was not up to what we have come to expect from a Marriott property, let alone a “JW”. We have been Bonvoy and timeshare members for over 20 years so we have stayed in many Marriott properties, giving us much to compare it to. The furniture was old and damaged, the toilet made a horrible noise when flushed, the shower water came out as a trickle. With that said, the restaurant was good, the bar was very fun with nice bartenders, and the front desk people were friendly and helpful. Loved the daily truffles they offered! Even with those positives, we definitely won’t stay there when we return to Nashville.

From the moment we entered the lobby, we felt welcomed. Rochelle was so personable and did all she could to explain the amenities and be available. Another staff member was also very helpful and provided information about local eateries and attractions. Enjoyed our stay and recommend Brentwood Suites.
