I was there for three nights and had no issues. Staff were very polite, the rooms/bathrooms were clean and the hotel itself is in a good location. I would say, however, that I was by myself and the room could be slightly cramped if two people (even though double bed was comfortable). Would recommend if you’re looking for mid-budget hotels.

Everything about this hotel is fabulous. The staff. Kevin was terrific and gave great restaurant recommendations. The decor is classic traditional and spotless. Couldn’t recommend it more highly. When I return to Florence I will definitely stay there.

Great location for short walks to many must-see places. Hotel is very compact but offers a fair level of comfort and convenience, and was kept clean and serviced as requested. Staff all very obliging and professional.

Impeccable house keeping every day. The rooms were very well sound insulated and peaceful. The breakfast spread was amazing.

Water cost more money !!! Just be careful. Food service I surety staff are not that courteous as you see in USA . Or their part of area . I was disappointed !!!!

Incredible staff and incredible room. Large grounds and plenty of things to do. Spa and pool were always clean and well stocked

Comfortable beds, incredible friendly staff. Great food in the restaurant and lovely rooftop bar and pool!

Everything was excellent. Staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Room was clean and well equipped. Location was wonderful, a few blocks from pretty much everything. Next time in Florence we will stay again at The Frame.

Clean room and good buffet breakfast. Courteous staff. Parking is offsite and expensive as it ends at 1pm and then is 5 eur per hour.

The staff was excellent, the stay was very enjoyable, it was a perfect location-very close to the shopping and the historical centre but it also had underground parking. This is a rare find. We found the king bed much too hard for our comfort but it was otherwise a perfect stay.
