Air freshener was with us the whole night. Rather strong to say the least. Other wise very convenient both for airport and riverside restaurants

Helpful staff, good location, nice pool

The staff Skye, Theresa and Hannah were amazing! The room was clean, modern, large and had all you need for a short or long term stay. Highly recommend 😊

Reception was messy and uninviting. Carpark is horrendous (way to tight) Hallways and lifts were smelly/dirty. Room was in a tired condition and smelt of cigarette smoke.

There was a list of items in the room that was an issue. Couldnt connect to internet when arrived, no hand soap, one remote batteries were dead, one bathroom had mould in it and the other had air everywhere. The bathtub switch was stuck in place and couldnt be used. Soap depenser in shower fell off wall. On check in had to wait 30 mins after check in time to get into room and staff seem not to know what they are doing. All information about contact details and parking is only given to you once you get to check in. Poorly organised.

Amazing location and staff, excellent amenities, beautiful hotel, luxurious experience. Could not recommend more!

Fantastic rooms,very clean and tasteful decorations

The staff can definitely be improved. I was quite confused with the way the parking worked and left feeling mocked by two female front desk staff. As I left both staff members were seen laughing together. Very unprofessional especially when I needed help as to understand how it worked. Also our food was delivered cold and soggy. It was expensive which was not an issue as we were excited to get room service though left disappointed. The hotel itself was great will definitely go back just wish we were treated with more dignity from front desk.

The room was spotless and we'll provioned. The view was amazing and the staff were very helpful.

The room had a strong odour. It was like walking into a wall of stence when you opened the front door. I think maybe an animal had pissed on the carpet and the cleaners had tried to remove the smell unsuccessfully. Other that that it was a lovely apartment.

There was no hot water in the morning to take a shower before departing on a 27 hour return trip to the US. I used the $14 credit for a sandwich, which had stale bread, and yogurt with stale cereal to add to it. Disappointing on both accounts. Will Expedia assist me in requesting a partial refund.
