This place is great. Comfortable, close to shops and the tube, and great for our needs (family of 4).

Good service, clean, safe, they need only to upgrade the breakfast a bit.

Breakfast was excellent

We had the best stay at the Sofitel Hotel London! The hotel was beautiful and located in the best area in London. We were able to walk to most of our shopping and sightseeing. The staff went beyond in making sure our stay was perfect! We can't wait to come back and stay here again soon!

Elegant property, wondering staff, relaxing spa amenities and very comfortable room.

The good: Location, location, location: close to Victoria train station, major attractions, shopping, restaurants, and Chinatown. Decent breakfast a definite plus. Clean. The not so good: Tight Bathroom even for one person, forget two people in there. Very weak shower water pressure made bathing a challenge. Fairly hard mattress. No room service. No ice machine Narrow corridors with cleaning carts making walking single file.

Breakfast was good and Romero (i hope I spelled it right) was such an amazing member of staff his energy made the stay really fun

This location is very nice. It’s clean, smells good, and is super close to the train. My husband and I brought our daughters age 17 and 13. We had a fully booked trip of seeing all the things… and this location was safe, clean, and nicely by public transportation. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel specifically but the rooms were adorable and clean. A great size I imagine, given the price. We were really happy and I’d recommend this location.
