A lovely and luxurious stay. The buffet breakfast was diverse and delicious, and the spa is really spectacular. The staff was also remarkably generous and helpful. What a perfect way to begin our travels in Taiwan.

Loved the location of Cosmo Hotel—super convenient and easy to get around from there. The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was always cleaned up and tidy when we got back each day, which we really appreciated. Great stay overall!
Everything was great during our stay, but the bed was a bit on the hard side—probably because it’s still quite new. Would have preferred something a little softer for better comfort. Other than that, no complaints!

Looks are decieving. Got to be honest. From the outside it looks kind of scary. The elevator up, you dont know what to expect. But once you arrive in the lobby...a whole different setting. The staff were so welcoming. The lobby was just like in the pictures. The rooms were very clean. Central location from the night market and right next to the police station. Very safe and very convenient. We'd definitely recommend this hotel for those travelling on a budget and just need a comfy bed to sleep after an adventurous day of site seeing.
