Everything is excellent. But I wish ENA could provide a variety of breakfast. We stayed for 6 nights and the menu has basically 3 choices. Wish we could have Korean breakfast.

The hotel is amazing, and for the most part the staff were great. We stayed with a baby and requested a crib, but they said all they had was bed railings. But then on our last night we did get a crib so I guess they just didn’t have one available? Also they don’t allow any inflatables for babies in the pools. Food was great, the groceria was affordable and delicious. Buffet was very pricey which was a little surprising but the quality is there. Obviously the chefs table and Michelin star Chinese restaurant were the pricing you would expect. Overall we loved the hotel, and the view from the rooms was fantastic. Highly recommend.

It’s a good 5 star hotel, the only thing can be better is to have a much thicker bathtub and towels

Inspire is lovely, Ocean tower is extra convenient access if you are staying for concerts at the arena. Plus, somewhere nice to wait around before your quick drive to incheon airport to catch your flight home, too!

Location is close to everything for a tourist

Location is good, convenient to access bus or subway. A lot of dining options close by. But the cleanliness of the hotel is not good. Dirty stain on room light buttons, dirty floor etc. One day the cleaning staff left a bag of garbage on my room table while she should have taken it away. Room beddings were said to change every other day but weren’t changed for the three days we were there.

The location was the best in Seoul. Very easy to get around anywhere in the city.

The rooms are small, but the price is good and the location is great. Food and shopping options, as well as the night market, are plentiful.
