Great hotel, excellent location, nice staff

This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, the rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was superb and the staff in the kitchen tend to all our requests, especially Nurcan. I have booked this hotel twice. Once in 2025 and March 2026. I will centainly re-book this hotel on my next trip to Istanbul.

Had a great experience at Holiday Inn Şişli Istanbul! The check-in was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly upgraded to a better room with a lovely view. The service truly stood out—manager Samet went above and beyond with his hospitality, offering complimentary breakfast and ensuring everything was perfect. The front desk team was professional and welcoming, and Omar was especially helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a positive attitude. Overall, excellent service from the entire staff. They made my stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place and wonderful people

Room 1804 ​I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. There were several highlights, but one persistent issue significantly impacted the stay. ​The Highlights ​Outstanding Service: The staff were truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. ​Prime Location: You really cannot beat the location. It is central, convenient, and makes exploring Istanbul very easy. ​The Downside ​Unfortunately, we encountered a frustrating issue with the drainage in our bathtub. After every shower, the water simply would not drain, leaving us standing in pooled water. ​While we brought this to the staff's attention early on, the problem was never resolved. Despite the issue being reported, it continued throughout the entirety of our stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much quicker resolution to a basic maintenance matter.
