This building is on the older side and is not really updated. it's hard to get a person on the phone and when I checked into my room the AC was off, which was a surprise since Okinawa and Japan in general are just so hot in the summer. I understand the idea of energy conservation but they could have turned it on shortly before I arrived.
This area is overrun with children and this is really what they are geared for, so I would not recommend this for a solo traveler. The breakfast is not great for how much they charge. The cherry on the cake of disappointment here was when I went out to dinner and called them to send me a car to bring me back to the hotel. The staff simply said "take a bus".
