Really terrible property. Carpet torn many places, roof leaking, not clean. Room was very noisy with Disco club noise until 3 am.

We came to India hoping to experience the country, its culture, and its hospitality. Unfortunately, the treatment and service we received at this hotel were so disappointing that it is difficult to put into words. If anyone wants to understand what discrimination based on appearance, clothing, and skin tone can feel like, this place will give you a firsthand experience. The way guests are treated appears to depend on how they look, how they dress, and the color of their skin. People pay for a service and deserve to be treated with the same respect and dignity regardless of their appearance or background. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel made us feel that the level of service was determined by how we looked rather than by the fact that we were paying guests. We came here to experience India, but this experience has left us deeply disappointed and uncomfortable.

Expect exceptional hospitality

Thanks to the front desk staff for a Smooth Check-in very early in the morning, the Rooms were neat n tidy, with all things working...Staff were very friendly n helpful...would definitely stay in there again, highly recommended.
