The staff couldn’t be anymore helpful. The property is situated in a busy area but it’s super safe. A bit of modernisation could go a miss. Stayed here many times.

Nice room - very clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. A little disappointed that the pool was out of use and we had no notification about it.

Loved our stay - the hospitality of the staff was a league apart. Everyone ensured we had the best service. It provides access to Oberoi as well so you can access the pool next door. Impeccably maintained property.

Not to sound overly gushy but this hotel was truly one of the best experiences I've had in years - I can certainly see how the Taj is one of the best hotel brands in the world. Right from Sahil's help at check in, getting us settled in, to the tireless housekeeping staff (beyond just a spotless room, they'd even polish my friend's reading glasses every day), to Abhishek taking care of us every morning at breakfast (including special breakfast treats!) and finally Adil's amazingly informative heritage walk. The Taj truly knows how to delight their guests and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Mumbai.
