Friendly staff clean room and overall great stay

I was very pleasantly surprised. To be honest, I wasn’t really expecting a lot. I was used to staying at the bigger name resorts and initially thought this was going to be a much “lesser@ experience. I was so wrong! Easy check-in at the kiosk with no wait in a long line. Our room was spotlessly clean - and QUIET. No rabblerowzers in the hall in the middle of the night. (And this was during the height of rodeo week!). We also very much appreciated that the hotel accommodated our request to be located near the elevators. (I hate those daunting walks down longggggg hallways). I guess I sound like a princess but these things are important to me in this season of life. Thankful I felt so comfortable and relaxed.

Great place to stay

No seating when checking in for elderly or disabled. No coffee or hot water for tea on rooms. $64 resort fee for absolutely nothing. Room rates are so much higher than other hotels for no reason. The hotel is too large and complicated to go anywhere
