One of the cafes (wooden decor) near the guests elevators had horrible service. Maybe everyone was having a bad day. I had to return two breakfast items, because they were prepared to be dined in, rather to-go (as instructed to the cashier). They gave my coffee and some of the other items to-go, so what happened? I understand, the staff appears to be older, tired and they don’t have the patience. I eventually walked across to a similar cafe for a better experience.

I like the Rio but the Automation systems are terrible and I asked for Room service two days and that was not easy. Why do I have to chase down someone to clean the room when it should be in price. You try to get someone and you get AI. Use people
