"The foyer was big so hard to keep warm. A fire would have been great. Though the stay did not speak English they did go out of their way to help. The concierge (John) spoke reasonable English as was very helpful. Went beyond his duty to help."

"Was given wrong type of room, twice before this was sorted. All three rooms were dusty, behind and on the television and other fittings as well as the carpet. Went for lunch on our first day in the lobby 'bar'. Ordered, waited 20 minutes and then was told later our order was out of stock. Same thing ..."
