West Auckland Mountain Vacations

We visited Auckland for my birthday. On arrival I asked for an upgrade. Although the hotel was busy, we were offered a suite for an extra $80 per night. We grabbed the deal and the suite was perfect for our 2 night stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Thankyou so much for making our stay special. 😃😉

Breakfast was excellent and staff extremely courteous and helpful

We booked the two bedroom Chalet. The view was amazing. Rooms were good size. Beds were comfortable. The chalets do need to be renovated however. It does look a bit run down. The TV is also on a high angle making it uncomfortable to watch anything. Other than that it was a good weekend away.

Lovely sheets, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and room temperature was perfect.

It was great for our stopover as we wanted the proximity to the airport. Check-in was fast, check-out was fast, and we don’t have to leave the hotel for a meal after a long flight. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be staying there again.

Clean room, and bathroom, plenty of towels. Good supply of coffee, tea etc. Staff very polite and helpful, happy to answer any queries. Location great. Views from room great as well.

Situated in downtown area near restaurants and harbour amenities

Property is old and my door actually broke my second day. I had to wait for about an hour before it was fixed and I wasn’t even offered anything for the inconvenience of an hour of my time lost waiting. Fixtures are falling apart in places and in the case of the towel rack in my bathroom, rusted. Most of the staff were trying their best to be helpful with their clearly limited resources.
