Accomodation is not that good

The location is very good, safe and well secured. We were also accommodated with an early check-in and late check out. Very good service, breakfast and friendly staff. My family enjoyed the stay and will definitely coming back.

Had an amazing time staying at Okura. Staff and customer service was top notch. Not a single complain.

Overall, Service was prompt and accomodating. Rooms were tidy and bright, though the room notes may need a redesign; the placard where the room service menu and appliance instructions QR code was easily missed, and some of the appliance are in need of maintenance. Pyang and Maria from the breakfast team were a delight to see, and the pasta from Toscana was tasty. Wine list could use more by-the-glass options. Front desk is prompt, pragmatic and efficient, but needs more of the Filipino Warmth and Hospitality that we are known for worldwide. Hallways from the lifts to the room were consistently warm

Overall i enjoyed my vacation the only thing need to improved is the wifi connection

I loved it but it might not be everyone’s cup of tea if your not willing to be around street people

The staffs were courteous and friendly. The place is clean easy access for dining and shopping.
