West Bergen Mountain Vacations

It was in a perfect location for walking to theaters and sightseeing. The room was clean and met our needs. The shower leaked so we had to use our extra towel to mop up the water. Our blackout shade stopped working the day before we left so we didn’t call for repairs. Overall, I would stay there again.

By far the best stay at this hidden gem. The staff were beyond accommodating and made me feel safe and welcome while I was there. I will be staying here ever time I come back to NYC.

Great hotel and staff were great but the fact you had to pay for literally everything in the room was not well communicated and so charging for teabags and coffee was a bit of a shock.

Staff was very accommodating. I ordered room service from the restaurant attach the hotel and it was really good and came relatively quick. The hotel is on 57th St. between sixth and seventh, which is a really good walkable location. You can walk to many restaurants, shops, and the theater district.

The rooms themselves are tiny, extremely noisy in terms of the building/pipes/aircon etc, the ‘gym’ isn’t a gym… staff were ok nothing special Overall the price didn’t match the hotel which is the reason for the low score. If you’re from the UK this hotel is similar to a travelodge.

Not many amenities. Staff are always nice and the rooms are clean. For the price there could be more included in the rooms.
