Great location. Wonderful views. Checking could have been a bit easier but great place to stay.

Room was clean but there was some dried blood stains on our quilt and on the carpet. Fridge had sticky tape on the bottom part of the fridge inside holding the tray up.

I had the most amazing experience at Laneways by Ovolo. From the moment we arrived, the staff were beyond kind, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. The girls at the front desk were especially wonderful, they were so supportive of my friend who ran the Melbourne Marathon and went out of their way to make her feel extra special. That personal touch honestly meant so much! The room was spotless, beautifully styled, and surprisingly spacious, everything felt fresh, comfortable, and so well thought out. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The location was unbeatable right in the heart of Melbourne, surrounded by amazing food spots, cafés, and bars, and super easy to get anywhere on foot or by tram. Everything about our stay was five-star: the service, the space, and the warmth of the team. I couldn’t recommend Laneways by Ovolo more highly and can’t wait to stay again!

Nice apartment with beautiful views. Probably won’t stay there again as it was difficult to use the building’s facilities. We weren’t allowed to use pool/spa/gym without induction. Check in is at 2pm and Induction time is at 7pm so we missed a day of access to the pool.

Absolutely incredible stay — hands down the best hotel I’ve ever experienced in Melbourne! The entire place was immaculate, from the facilities to the welcoming vibe. The scent as soon as you walk in is divine, and every staff member was so kind and attentive. A special shout-out to Vesna for her outstanding customer service, warmth, and a good laugh. The pool and gym are stunning, and the amenities have everything you could possibly need. This will definitely be my go-to spot for future work trips. I can’t wait to return and experience the spa next time!

It was a great experience at Park Hyatt. We stayed during our wedding and honeymoon in Melbourne and We found the staff to be really friendly and the breakfast was a fantastic spread. Highly recommended B&B. We had a great time.

Amazing hotel. More trendy then the average hotel. Had everything you need and more. Very convenient location as all options of transport close. Won't stay anywhere else in Melbourne again.

Room was very quiet and comfortable. Loved the location, so many shopping and dining options, and walking distance to so many sporting had iconic hot spots in Melbourne. We will definitely be back.
