Fantastic location for short/medium/long term stays

My room was not done for 3 days even requesting it at the front desk personally. They receive packages but didn’t call you or message to let you know that they arrived, I still have one missing. Infrastructure is good but service is poor. Non functional for businesses purposes.

Room was excellent. Had a problem at checkout. Major language barrier

A localização do hotel é maravilhosa, uma das melhores em Santiago, soma-se a isso uma estrutura maravilhosa do hotel, a suíte 11A é incrível, fica dica e recomendação! O time do hotel é super solícito! Nota 10 em tudo!

La propiedad esta en una buena zona, cerca del costanera center pero la atención es muy mala,,la recepción nada amable, en la habitación 510 el baño tenía moho, la señora que limpia en los 6 días nunca limpió la habitación, solamente arreglaba la cama. Nosotros regularmente nos quedamos en los NH collection en cualquier lugar del mundo,,,este hotel es de lo peor.

This is a jewel hotel. The staff is awesome and specially Gabriela at the restaurant and the front desk. The attention to all details is special.
