No parking any where close for self parking, valet parking was terrible, took over an hour to get our car after texting for it. Poor system overall.

My room was a good size but unfortunately it smelled of stale smoke, probably a heavy smoker as a previous guest.
The internet connection in my room was non existent. Decent WiFi is as basic an amenity as soap these days yet many hotels don’t understand or ensure it.
I was charged a daily rate for amenities (not explained on my booking nor at check-in) and as the reception area was really busy at check out, I didn’t question what it covered.
The staff were generally friendly but the hotel itself is showing some need of TLC.
