「The Civic Center is directly across the street so if you are doing anything there it's perfectly located. Being a downtown area, there is nothing going on after 4 pm or so on week nights or weekends at all. We didn't see any food options within walking distance but there is a restaurant onsite. Parking is available across the street in a garage (kind of expensive) or on the curbs around the building (free although it says 2 hour parking during business hours, don't know if the parking people...
