「Hotel was in terrible condition, carpet was filthy. I was on 2nd floor, elevator not working. At 66 years old it was tough taking my luggage to 2nd floor. This is BS to have to pay $161 for what?
Staff was pleasant and my room was clean. I will not be coming back. 」
