「We always enjoy our stay at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort. I love that they are pet friendly, go above and beyond with a little welcome baggie for our dog, the grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed walking the trails and property grounds. The option to have room service was amazing, the food was delicious, my services at the spa were delightful and the staff was so kind in all the departments. We look forward to a return trip soon. 」

「El señor de recepción muy amable pero prácticamente está solo. El hotel está muy sucio. No teníamos jabón de cuerpo ni de manos literal ni salía cuando nos queríamos bañar. Somos 4 personas así hice la reserva y había 3 toallas. La vista del cuarto está bonita y el hotel tiene buena ubicación pero la limpieza y mantenimiento deja mucho que desear. 」
