Free parking and plenty of restaurants that were reasonably priced. The Casino was beautiful.

Staff was very pleasant very clean, great little vibe, fun. Only negative that I can think of was that the big outside water pool bar which is called 5 o’clock somewhere was it very slow. Waited about 15 to 20 minutes each time I wanted a drink.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Crossroads Hotel. The historical building (former Pabst warehouse and distribution center) leans heavily on its roots offering unique rooms where the architecture and associated attention to detail captures one’s interest – not your average hotel room! The rooftop bar is a gathering place for locals and visitors alike. The lobby bar offers comfortable seating with pool table and shuffleboard available for guests to enjoy some friendly competition. A large pizza oven offering bar snacks is available. It looked fantastic, but we did not have an opportunity to try any of the offerings. Valet parking is available, but we took advantage of the self-parking option a short walk down the street. The hotel is well positioned to take advantage of Union Station and local attractions. The free trolly line is a short walk providing easy access to downtown, museums and plaza. Last, but not least, the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. On your next visit to KC, give the Crossroads Hotel. We think you will enjoy it.
