The room temperature in the room was 40 degrees in the first night and 34 degrees in the second. No air condition.I made a complaint to the personal but they didn't do anything, Just to be in contact with you! I want to get my money back. Their customer service knows about this.

Location is perfect. The room was clean and beds comfortable. However our room wasn’t ready when it was check in time. The cleaner was still there and couldn’t communicate with either English or Finnish. Finally using google translate found out it would take another hour to get the room ready for us. However even with that I would definitely stay there again.

It’s in great location. Tram, train , ferry and bus are downstairs.
The sauna is very good.
Cleanliness is not good enough. Some blankets and pillows in the cabinet are a little bit smelly. Some curtains damaged. It’s noise during weekend nights.

Awesome stay but there was no drawer for clothes. We stayed sauna room which was amazing but I wonder that removed space for drawers.
