Great location & very close to train station but bathroom was dirrty upon checked in

We visited in December so the air condition was turned off. The guest rooms were extremely warm. The staff told us to open our windows, which we did, but the construction workers working on the hotel’s exterior began working at 6:30am, so the room was very noisy.

Beautiful old hotel in walking distance to the major sights. Excellence service from front desk and other staff.

Heat was out and the room was freezing. No blow drier. Cleanibg stsff was reslly nice but iur room was next door to the storage room so the door was loudly closing constantly wsking us up.

it's magnefsant to stay in this kind of hotel they treat you as royal family
