An absolute joy to stay there !!!!

Cute hotel right in the center of the museum campus. I came during the heatwave of June 2026 and the per-room adjustable AC blew nice and cold through the night. Shower was big and clean, and the bed was huge and comfortable. I even had a big fridge with a freezer which was amazing. Loved my stay here and would come again

This was a great place to stay. So close to the metro. Large room with good amenities. I was only disappointed that they didn’t have a lighter blanket. The duvet was too hot for me. I ended up using two bath towels as a blanket. Otherwise everything was great.

Amazingly helpful staff. Gym is very basic so don’t expect to go there and work out how you would at home. But other than that it was perfect for a 3-5 day stay.

This hotel Not upto ritz Carlton standards. Air conditioning in rooms not functioning properly had to put an extra fan else was sweating. I was informed that the ac are not that effective in the rooms and are same in every room. Staff at reception completely lacked the hospitality

We arrived after a full day of travel, hoping for a cool, clean room to recover in. Instead, no air conditioning — just a fan, which management offered as the "solution." Whether the AC is broken or simply not provided isn't clear, but either way, in the middle of summer, that's a problem they didn't seem in a rush to fix. The room itself had a tired, worn look — not dirty exactly, but not what we'd call clean either. A little elbow grease and some basic upkeep would go a long way here. For the price we paid, we expected a lot more. If you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, or value, keep looking.

We lived staying at SANA Berlin. It’s conveniently located a few blocks away from public transportation (Bus, U-Bahn); breakfast is amazing and plentiful and the facilities are spotless and modern. We travelled with young children. Could not recommend more!

Paolo and Lucas were great staff and attentive to any requests. The property itself seems a bit suspicious from the outside, however, the inside is well kept. The bedrooms and the beds were clean, as well as the bathrooms.
