Great service overall

This was an excellent hotel. Centrally located with friendly and helpful staff, great air conditioning, clean and accessible pool. Truly loved this hotel and will be back as soon as possible.

Great location for shopping, nicely decorated rooms

The outside of the hotel is having a major overhaul / revamp so is not at its best. Reception is stylish but once you are beyond that the hotel could do with a good dollop of TLC. A lick of paint on the walls, repairing chips on doors and other woodwork plus new carpets could transform this hotel. A good, well sized bathroom. A very large comfortable bed gave me a good nights sleep. I did have earplugs which were needed as the toilet system seemed to have life of its own. I'm not sure what was going on with it but it seemed to partially flush every 5 to 10 minutes throughout the night.

Our stay at Juliana Hotel Brussels was wonderful! The front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely spectacular, and the breakfast was honestly amazing — everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. The hotel has a great atmosphere and excellent service overall. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return!

Excellent hotel. We are used to 5-star hotels in NY and this was at the same level. Especially useful was the staff. They helped by booking us tours, tickets and provided recommendations for many restaurants. Also they were great with kids, and had a teepee with toys and activities set up in the room for the kids upon arrival.

Everything was top notch. We were there during a heatwave of 3 straight days of 102+ temperatures and the A/C struggled to keep up but pretty understandable. Paris isn’t built to get that hot, so you can’t hold that against Les Bains. Other than that, we greatly enjoyed our stay. The location of being in the Haute Marais was also a great perk. Literally walkable to any of the major spot, other than the Eiffel Tower, but it’s also located only a few minutes to the Metro 3 and also a few minutes walk to the Metro 4 stations. Fantastic location.

Very good location with numerous restaurants, bars and coffee shops in the immediate vicinity and the famous Musee de Louvre only 200 metres away
