Champagne Mountain Vacations

Good location, lovely decor, courteous staff and a great haven to explore Paris.

I didn’t have time to try the breakfast but everything else was positive.

I had a fine stay but likely won't stay again. While it was close to the Metro station, and the property was beautiful, there was something that felt lacking and I would not equate it to a four star property. I would say three stars when comparing it to other hotels I've stayed in around the world. It wasn't one thing - it just felt unfinished. The room was listed as a "Superior" room but lacked a comfortable seating area in the room - just a wooden table/stool and a metal bench that doubled as the suitcase holder. The shower pressure was lacking and the exterior seating showed its age/use. I also didn't love the neighbourhood compared to other areas I've stayed in when visiting Paris. I didn't feel like there was much to walk around and explore. One thing I will say is the staff were excellent. Extremely friendly and patient with my broken French. And you can see the potential in the property! I particularly enjoyed the outdoor spaces and work spaces. Overall, it just wasn't for me as a property. With a four star rating, I expected more.

Nice location very walkable area

Just a common hotel of this category

Great place , lots of restaurants close , metro close very French area love it

The room was hot and stuffy with electrical issues. The ceiling was damaged in our shower and bathroom. The front desk staff was rude and unwilling to make any accommodations to a different room. The AC in the rooms do not work well enough to cool the rooms so we had to sleep with the window open and unfortunately the hotel is next to CDG and directly on a freeway. The website claims to have a shuttle service to CDG but the shuttle service only went as far as a gas station, completely misleading and useless.

Good location . A bit dated
