They limite the WiFi connection to only 2 devices, if you need more devices you need to pay $15 for each extra device, feels like in that we are in the 90 when the internet started, now we are in 2026 tech is more advance to be limited for 2 connections only, they do not clean the room daily too. Beds where very confort great location walkable and the access to the Monorail, close to almost everything

Front desk guy wasn’t welcoming or friendly 4 people in the room, but only 3 towels Dirty bathroom floor Housekeeper never came in 3 nights Elevators slow This may sound bad, but I actually would stay here again. It was priced well and its centrally located.

Solid location in the middle of everything. Fair price for what it is.

The Langham properties have become a go to for us and it’s because of the service delivery standards experienced at the London, Pasadena and NYC properties. Our 4 night stay was a busy one as our December 31st arrival meant we had to be quick at checking in time to head out for our dinner plans. Staff has always been exceptionally professional and went so far as to be recognized by two staff members from our previous stay. There are many great hotels in NYC, but the Langham’s 5th Avenue location is absolutely, positively perfect. Thank you for the warm welcome and excellent customer service.

This hotel was FABULOUS! The view you see if the view you get! STUNNING magazine worthy view of the Brooklyn bridge. Almost kid free. The rooftop bar and lounge had stunning views of the Brooklyn bridge and Hudson river. Just minutes away from Manhattan and close enough to walk to the Bridge. Room service was excellent. Very clean room.

Nice room. Helpful staff

Lovely staff. Incredible property. The hype is real. This is by far and away the nicest property we’ve stayed at in Manhattan in a long time.

Even though they say 24x7 check in, the front desk is closed for hours at a time everyday. I travelled for 6 hours and met someone else who had travelled for 14 hours and both of us had to wait for an hour to check in. The front desk was also closed the next morning when I had a question to ask

Everyone on staff front desk to cleaning staff was wonderful to interact with. The hotel was clean and pleasant. The location was great for local food stops and also very walkable to many tourist destinations. The trains were very convenient also. Good fitness facilities. I would stay again absolutely.
